Unsere einzigartigen Schwimmkörper bilden die beste Basis für Konstruktionen im Pontonbereich jeglicher Art.

Mit unserem Grundstoff PE (Polyethylen) werden unsere Schwimmkörper im Rotierverfahren gefertigt. Durch seine UV-Beständigkeit ist unser Schwimmkörper nahezu nicht zerstörbar, Kratzer und Risse können problemlos verschweißt werden. Die Wände, welche eine Dicke von 8mm aufweisen, sind mit 8 eingelassenen M10 Muttern versehen. So lässt sich das Oberdeck schnell und einfach befestigen.

Optimale Gleiteigenschaften sowie eine ideale Spurstabilität werden durch das Mehrkammersystem sowie die stromlinienartige Form gewährleistet.

Das Material Polyethylen ist resistent gegenüber Öle, Säuren, Kraftstoffe, Salzwasser und garantiert somit eine pflegeleichte Reinigung. Zur Reinigung werden keinerlei spezielle Reinigungsmittel benötigt. Für die ganzjährige Nutzung sind unsere Schwimmkörper optimal geeignet (Schwimmstege, Arbeitsplattformen etc.)

Our unique floats form the best basis for all types of pontoon constructions.
With our base material PE (polyethylene), our floats are manufactured using the rotational molding process.
Thanks to its UV resistance, our virtually indestructible, scratches and cracks can be welded without any problems.
The walls, which have a thickness of 8 mm are fitted with 8 recessed M10 nuts. This enables the upper deck to be removed quickly and easily.
Optimum gliding properties and ideal track stability are guaranteed by the multi-chamber system and the streamlined shape.
The polyethylene material is resistant to oils, acids, fuels and salt water, thus guaranteeing easy cleaning. No special cleaning agents are required for cleaning.
Our floats are ideal for year-round use (floating docks, work platforms, etc.)

I nostri esclusivi galleggianti costituiscono la base migliore per tutti i tipi di costruzione di pontoni.
Con il materiale di base PE (polietilene), i nostri galleggianti sono prodotti con il processo di stampaggio rotazionale.
Grazie alla sua resistenza ai raggi UV, i nostri galleggianti sono praticamente indistruttibili e possono essere saldati senza problemi a graffi e crepe.
Le pareti, che hanno uno spessore di 8 mm, sono dotate di 8 dadi M10 incassati. Ciò consente di rimuovere il ponte superiore in modo rapido e semplice.
Le proprietà di scivolamento ottimali e la stabilità ideale della pista sono garantite dal sistema multicamera e dalla forma aerodinamica.
Il materiale in polietilene è resistente agli oli, agli acidi, ai carburanti e all'acqua salata, garantendo così una facile pulizia. Per la pulizia non sono necessari detergenti speciali.
I nostri galleggianti sono ideali per essere utilizzati tutto l'anno (pontili galleggianti, piattaforme di lavoro, ecc.).

Unsere 8mm starke Spitze ist auf alle Belastungen, sowohl bei langsamer, als auch bei schneller Fahrt optimal abgestimmt. Sie wird im Rotierverfahren gefertigt, die Wandicke beträgt 8 mm. Versehen ist sie mit 8 Stück eingelassenen M10 Muttern, um ein leichtes Befestigen des Oberdecks zu garantieren.
